Sonnet

Music of all types are great for me,
Rock and roll, Classical rock, Rap, and more
Led Zepplin, Hendrix, AC/DC
All of them jamming out on the floor.

Paul, Ringo, John, and George, Beatles forever,
These are songs we will always cherish,
Strawberry fields, Yesterday, Sergeant Pepper,
In 100 years never to perish.

More artists will come and more songs be written,
Our spirits will be lifted by this music,
My friends and I by music, are smitten,
The way they always play is such a trick.

The love of music unties us all,
It will help mankind to stand united and tall.

Explanation: My poems in the shape of a trophy, and its all about how to win.

Man/Boy

Man of the house,
Man in his mind.
Drives around,
He wishes to,

Sometimes the lines unclear, finding it’s the key.

The hair he’s losing,
The hair he’s getting,
Always the responsible one,
Doesn’t exclude the other from it, though.
The jobs you take,
The job you’re given.

Where to Now Dogsled

Ready...Let's go,
On an adventure,
Split the forest,
Under trees North, South, wherever you please.

Haw! Gee!
West, East campsite on each,
Up, down, out flies the tree,
Back, Forth, sawing out loud,
With the freezing prancing around.

Easy, Whoo!
C'mon, go slow,
Time to rest,
Next to my bests.
Who are my bests, you may ask?
They're the ones who'll help with your task.

Daniel Baum.
